According to Wired, it need game data to play an Atari without any thing in the cartridge slot. Seth Bling recreated the ones and zeroes of three Atari game ROM files; Space Invaders, Donkey Kong and Pac-Man using only standard inert “Minecraft” blocks.
The command blocks read the data by scanning each row, execute the code and then as if by magic Pac-Man appears in the “Minecraft” game world. With a pickaxe, Seth Bling can also edit the system’s RAM.
